Daily Schedule

Programs are carefully organized for activity, relaxation, quiet work and listening. We also incorporate technology in the classroom with fun educational computer programs. The following schedule is a typical day in school.

 

Half Day

Selective Activity

Conversation Period

Stimulates new ideas and comprehension

Assists a young child to gain self-confidence

Encourages a child to tell of his/her experiences orally

 

Creativity and Work Period

Helps to develop visual and motor coordination

Develops the ability to follow directions and accept responsibility

Lengthens the attention span and concentration ability

 

Play or Constructive Learning Period

Encourages good sportsmanship

Develops the ability to share

Allows social adjustment

 

Snack Period

The children are asked to bring a healthful snack to school each day
